Michigan City Port Authority - Overnight Rental Inquiry

For you boating pleasure and safety, please observe these REGULATIONS:

Charter boats will be assessed a 20% surcharges
Washrooms and rubbish containers are provided on shore in parking area.
Pets must be registered with the office. Must be leashed and use designated pet areas. Receptacles and bags available.
If you party, please observe the rights of others.
You are responsible for securing your boat and will be held accountable.
No fish cleaning on docks or boats. Use the fish cleaning facility at the Comfort Station.
No open flames allowed at dockside.

Check out time is NOON.

Rental fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

I have read the Port Authority Rules and Regulations and understand them thoroughly and agree to comply with them. If I fail to comply with these rules and regulations, I understand that docking privileges may be forfeited and any rental fees paid will not be refunded. I also understand that at some time it might be necessary for my boat to be moved and at such time an effort will be made to contact me; however, in my absence, I hereby authorize the Port Authority to move my boat.
